Devotional
Why are we here? The answer is simple: to glorify God. To glorify Him means to reflect His character and make Him known.
Many live as though God exists to serve them, rather than realizing we exist to serve Him. True worship is not about what we get—it’s about what we give. We glorify God when we love others, share the gospel, and live in obedience to His Word.
God left us on this earth for a purpose: to reach the lost and magnify His name. Living for His glory gives meaning to every moment and purpose to every day.
Bible Verse
“O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!”— Romans 11:33 (KJV)
Reflection Question
How can you glorify God this week in your home, work, and relationships?
Quote
“The purpose you and I have on this earth—whether we be Jew or Gentile—is to glorify God.”
Prayer
Father, help me to live for Thy glory and not my own. Use my life to point others to Thee, and give me courage to share the gospel faithfully. Amen.
