Day 4: No More Separation

Devotional
Throughout history, walls have divided people—by race, culture, and class. But Jesus Christ tore down the greatest wall of all: the separation between God and man.
In the temple, Gentiles were kept in an outer court, unable to enter where God’s presence dwelt. This separation symbolized sin’s barrier. But through Christ, that wall has been broken down. Now there is no difference between Jew and Gentile; all are one in Christ Jesus.
This truth should change how we see others. God’s plan has always been for all nations to be blessed through Him. The cross unites us, reminding us that every person is equally in need of grace and equally loved by God.
Bible Verse
“But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”— Romans 3:21–23 (KJV)
Reflection Question
How does God’s view of equality in salvation affect how you treat others?
Quote
“Since Jesus came, there is no difference between Jew and Gentile. I’m telling you—it’s different now.”
Prayer
Lord, thank Thee for breaking down every wall that separated me from Thee and from others. Help me to love as Thou lovest, and to share Thy grace without partiality. Amen.
